drive without licence
South Korea’s Road Traffic Act prohibits driving a motor vehicle without obtaining the required driver’s licence. The official penalty article cited for this offence provides up to one year imprisonment or a fine of up to 3 million won.
bringing duty free goods
Bringing duty-free goods into South Korea is allowed within the official traveller allowance. Korea Customs says the general passenger-effects allowance is up to US$600, with separate additional allowances for cigarettes, liquor and perfume.

Arriving travellers in South Korea must submit a personal effects declaration form, and goods that must be declared have to be declared voluntarily. If declarable goods such as over-allowance electronics are not declared, customs can impose additional duty.
